Born in Thessaloniki in 1969, he graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece ). From an early age he introduced himself to music by playing classic guitar, while he continued by studying saxophone in the State Conservatoire of Thessaloniki and graduated with the degree of specialization (First Prize).

As a scholar of the Foundation of the Greek State Scholarships, he studied in the “Conservatoire National de Region de Creteil” in Paris, in the class of M. George Porte [diploma with the degree of specialization (first prize) and with a special prize for the interpretation of a 20 th century musical piece].

He also realised concerts in Europe, Ukraine and USA, and participated, as a soloist, in the famous French Quintette of Saxophones of Paris, in the State Symphony Orchestra of Thessaloniki ( Greece ) and in the Big Band of the Greek Radio and Television.

Distinguished contemporary Greek composers have dedicated some of their works to him and he performed their world premier.

He has been invited many times to perform at the Greek Television and Radio programmes.

He won prizes in the European Music Contests “Picardie” and “Leopold Bellan”.

He is the artistic director of the Hellenic Festival of Saxophone (Kilkis) and Macedonian Saxophone Quartet.

Member of the duet The guitarphone of Adolf Sax (saxophone –guitar) and the trio fz ην (percussions – piano – saxophone, he collaborates with the State Orchestra of Thessaloniki and the UNESCO Chair of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki about music issues.

Founding member of the Hellenic Association of Saxophone and also member of the European Cultural Parliament.

He gives lectures about the holistic pedagogy of music (diaphragmatic breath, concentration, relaxation, psychological preparation of a concert, etc), while in parallel, music's relation with other forms of art (theater, dance, painting, etc.) constitutes the main axis of his activities.

Ηe teaches in the State Conservatoire, the Music School of Thessaloniki and the Conservatoire Music College.
